Housekeeping closing performance with Eamon Sprod, Blindside Gallery, 19 August 2017.

I’m looking forward to collaborating with Eamon Sprod (AKA Tarab) for the first time, in the closing performance for his Housekeeping installation.
This will likely be my last performance in Melbourne for a few months.
Clinton Green and Eamon Sprod will perform with the amassed objects, turntable and speakers / transducers of Housekeeping, both reconfiguring and dismantling the installation to create an intimate and immersive sound space.
Saturday 19 August, 5-6pm
Blindside Gallery, Nicholson Building, Level 7, Room 14, 37 Swanston St, Melbourne.
Free entry.

I’ve played with Llara a bit over the past couple of years as part of Carmen Chan’s Do You See What I Hear Project, but this is our first duo together.
Llara Goodall (tapes) & Clinton Green (records) like to make sounds to remind themselves that they are not alone. They will be constructing a soundscape by deconstructing a text about soundscapes.

Also playing on the night are Reuben Lewis/Peter Knight, and Maria Moles/Ede Eves (two great duos as well).
