Performance with Eamon Sprod this Saturday afternoon

I’m looking forward to collaborating with Eamon Sprod (AKA Tarab) for the first time, in the closing performance for his Housekeeping installation.
This will likely be my last performance in Melbourne for a few months.
Clinton Green and Eamon Sprod will perform with the amassed objects, turntable and speakers / transducers of Housekeeping, both reconfiguring and dismantling the installation to create an intimate and immersive sound space.
Saturday 19 August, 5-6pm
Blindside Gallery, Nicholson Building, Level 7, Room 14, 37 Swanston St, Melbourne.
Free entry.

‘Setting for “The Iliad”‘ on Ears Have Ears Thursday night
FBi Radio’s Ears Have Ears programme asked me to provide an exclusive soundtrack for their show. In response, I’ve done a studio version of a piece I’ve been performing on and off live for the past 12 months, ‘Setting for “The Iliad”‘. I settled on this piece because the narrative interludes give the impression somewhat of a soundtrack, and it was also a good reason for me to record a definitive version of this piece.
You can hear this piece this Thursday night from 9pm. I’ll also be having a chat with Ears Have Ears host, Brooke Olsen.
If you missed it, you can listen below:
